Feeling Like a Noodle It’s common to feel deeply relaxed or even a bit sleepy after your session. This is a sign that your body is starting to unwind and heal. Enjoy the zen!

Soreness or Bruising You might notice some soreness or even light bruising, especially after massage therapy. This is normal and should pass within a day or two. Think of it as your muscles saying, “Thanks for the workout!”

Energy Shifts You might experience an energy boost or feel more tired than usual. Both are signs that your body is balancing itself.

Emotional Release Sometimes, treatments can stir up emotions. Don’t be surprised if you feel more emotional than usual. It’s all part of the healing process.
